You can visit their website here to check out the other flavors. I do have to say that most of the discussion over at She Speaks was good EXCEPT for the Three Cheese. Many people were complaining that not only did they smell disgusting, they tasted disgusting as well. So if you are going to try out a flavor, i would steer away from that one.
My family enjoyed the taste of the plain variety. It is really easy and super fast. All you do is microwave the bag of potato chunks for 10 minutes. Then you let it stand for about 2 minutes, open the bag, pour the steamed potato chunks into a bowl and add whatever you like to make mashed potatoes. i added just milk and butter because my family has nothing but boring eaters!
The potatoes are real...they are not fake or dried, or anything like that. The only complaint i had was that there was a slight "freezer" taste to them. Sometimes i have a difficult time with frozen food because it tastes freezer burned to me. However, it was not strong and no one else in my family said a word about it. So, i guess it is just me. i would definitely use the product again!
The next product i did not review for She Speaks, but i have to say something about it anyway. One thing you do not know about me is that my hair has the texture of a Brillo Pad. That's right. i could use my head to scrub the tub, for sure. i have struggled with it my whole life.

Well, finally i have found a SYSTEM that works well for me. Yes, i need an entire system to do something with this rat's nest on my head. It is Brilliant Brunette my John Frieda. i use the shampoo and conditioner and i love it. But, the magic part is not either one of those products. It is the glaze that i use after the shampoo and conditioner.

This glaze not only increases the shine in my hair, it helps to enhance the color as well. At my age it is necessary to find something that can subtly blend away the grays, and this glaze does not disappoint in that area either. Not that i have much gray... ;0)
Anyway, you put it on wet hair in the shower and leave it for 3 minutes every time you wash your hair. Rinse out and you are good to go! The whole system is a bit expensive, but it is well worth every penny to me, the Brillo head.
What are some of your favorite products?
xoxo,

Thanks for the take on the potatoes. I guess it's a little bit of a time savings over doing it from scratch!
On the hair system, I'd be cautious about doing the glaze every two days. I'm not familiar with the product but as licensed person, that seems a little too often to apply a color based product. It's possible that it has almost no color enhancement, but I'd still worry a little...
So you're hair... naturally curly? wavy? dry? not fine textured? What's the underlying issue?
@asthmagirl- very wavy and dry. That is why i only wash every 2 days and let it dry naturally. My hair stylist doesn't even blow dry...it turns out looking like Coolio...not a good look for me :0(
Wow! I LOVE this post for many reasons:
I love to review products. I have for years. My freinds teased me about it because when I like a new product I tell everyone. My freinds promting lead in the direction as sales because of it!
I love mashed potatoes, so I will be trying those.
I to have fuzzy hair. Although it is just in the back for some reason, I have NEVER been able to wash, comb and let my hair air dry. Gross! Fuzzy mess! I too use John Fredda's stuff! It really does work! Love it!
How do I get involved in "she speaks"? Thanks-

I also use the glaze and love it too. As we get older (us girls suffer) our hair gets drier and I have found this product to help alot.
I had wondered about those potatoes. And I'm nearly a brillo pad myself, but I'm embracing my grey. :)
Came over from Mrs. G's. Lovely blog you have here. I have the same hair problem, or did, until I began using coconut oil. Just a dab through my damp hair and then a tiny bit more to style. Works better than any hair product I've ever tried. All natural and inexpensive too!
