"What a wonderful thing is the mail, capable of conveying across continents a warm human hand-clasp." ~Author unknown
This beautiful card from Tulip in the Netherlands brightened my day. It screams "Spring" and relaxation! Thanks Tulip!

This card is from Jessica in Finland. She chose this card for me because it is unusual and I like unusual cards. Jessica has no idea what the berries are, and neither do I. They look familiar, but I can't place them. Does anyone know what they are?

Who knew there was a Chinatown in Sydney, Australia? Not me for sure! But thanks to Danhong I do now! Danhong is a busy university student, but found the time to send me this beautiful card. Thanks so much!

This adorable card came from Lika in Russia. She translates the front to mean, "Life is wonderful and amazing!" Yes, it is! I would have to agree with that. My favorite part about this postcard is the bird footprints. So cute. I do have to say, though, that I am happy to be finished with snow and winter!

Last for this week is this beautiful vintage treasure sent by Lika also. She didn't translate the front for me this time, but it sure is a sweet picture! It looks like it may have been an old Valentine card. What do you think?

Thanks for sharing my postcards with me!
All my snail mail love,

~I can not be separated from this or from you~

I love this first one with the little caravan trailer...I want to live in one of those...just me, my fabric, and my machine.
ReplyDeleteOh those are great! How exciting it must be to go to your mail box each day. I love the first one. What a great little home on wheels. Missed you. Slowly catching up. ((hugs))
ReplyDeleteI HAD to know what the beautiful vintage Russian card said, so I posted the image to the Postcrossing forum and a very sweet Russian user translated: "You are breathing with the sun,
ReplyDeleteI am breathing with the moon, But both we live
With love only." How pretty is that?! A lovely, romantic thought for a Sunday afternoon! :o)
